By accessing or using Modern Crow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. For Candidates

As a candidate, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about your skills and experience
  • Complete AI interviews to the best of your ability
  • Use the platform for legitimate job-seeking purposes
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications or create fake profiles

4. For Recruiters

As a recruiter, you agree to:

  • Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes
  • Pay fees as outlined in your agreement when hiring candidates
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Not spam or harass candidates

5. AI Interview Assessments

Our AI assessments are tools to help evaluate technical skills and should be used as part of a comprehensive hiring process. While we strive for accuracy, AI assessments are not perfect and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.

6. Payment Terms

Candidates use Modern Crow free of charge. Recruiters pay fees only when successfully hiring a candidate through our platform. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our 14-day replacement guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

The Modern Crow platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Modern Crow and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
